Once someone said this in a music, it was Bob Dylan, celebrating... well many things, I will make an "interpretation" that he was talking about the wisdom of the "wind"...

It's a kind of wierd to speak about "the wisdom of the wind", due to the fact of the wind being an fenomenon of nature, but, the poetry and philosofy can allow us to pass trough the meaning of the words...

The wisdom of the winds is something that always appears in life, someway, somehow it will come as a pounding force of the destiny or a soft call of truth and will make the right thing...

Of course that we have the power to change things, to make a choice...

And then what? What will be the choice?

Is up to you to decide
